This bill appropriates $14,000,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the Public Facilities Authority for a grant to Northern Township in Beltrami County, Minnesota. The funds will be used to design, engineer, construct, furnish, and equip a sanitary sewer collection and treatment system on the north and east sides of Lake Bemidji. To provide the necessary funding, the bill authorizes the state commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue state bonds totaling up to $14,000,000, in accordance with Minnesota state statutes and the state constitution.
