   • If a Tribal Nation becomes a community corrections jurisdiction, its funding is integrated into the general supervision subsidy.

5. Minnesota Rehabilitation and Reinvestment Act Savings:

   • Savings from this act are allocated based on the proportion of individuals under supervision in each jurisdiction, calculated using a three-year average.

6. Appropriation for Community Supervision in Fiscal Year 2026:

   • The bill appropriates $126,620,000 from the general fund to fully fund the community supervision formula.
   • This appropriation becomes part of the Department of Corrections' ongoing budget.
