4. Advisory Council on Traffic Safety: The bill appropriates $4 million over two fiscal years to support the Advisory Council on Traffic Safety. This funding is for traffic safety activities, including matching federal grants for related projects.

5. Law Enforcement Training: $2 million is provided for traffic safety training for peace officers, equipping them to better enforce traffic laws.

6. Safe Ride Programs: $500,000 is earmarked for grants to local governments to offer safe ride programs. These programs aim to provide safe transportation for patrons of hospitality and entertainment businesses.
