This legislative bill proposes allocating $500,000 in the year 2026 to the Commissioner of Administration. This money is intended to provide a grant to Haven for Heroes for the planning and design of a museum. This museum will focus on the history of the Anoka State Hospital and the broader history of mental health care. Part of the project also includes preserving the historic auditorium located at the state hospital campus in Anoka, Minnesota. The funds will come from the arts and cultural heritage fund.
