Each year, the commission will submit recommendations to the leaders of each legislative caucus to either streamline government operations or save public funds.

• Support and Resources: The legislative coordinating commission is tasked with providing necessary staff support, meeting spaces, and office equipment for the commission.

• Annual Reports: By December 1, 2026, and annually thereafter, the commission must submit a report to the governor and relevant legislative committee chairs. The report will detail the commission's activities, list identified instances of waste or fraud, and offer technology advancement recommendations to improve management and services.
