This legislative bill proposes an amendment to the Minnesota Constitution that would require a three-fifths majority vote in both houses of the legislature for any law approving the sale of state-owned land in excess of 640 acres at less than its market value. This proposed change is aiming to make it more difficult to sell large portions of state land for less than what it's worth.
