This bill proposes an appropriation of $1,500,000 from Minnesota's general fund in fiscal year 2026 to the Commissioner of Employment and Economic Development. The funds will be used as a grant for the Coalition of Asian American Leaders to support Asian Minnesotan women entrepreneurs and Asian-owned businesses. The grant will be used for outreach, training, technical assistance, peer network development, and direct financial assistance. This is a one-time appropriation and will be available until June 30, 2027.
