The proposed bill, labeled as SF No 315, is intended to allocate $4,000,000 from Minnesota's general fund in fiscal year 2026 to the city of North Branch. This sum is designated for the preliminary planning, design, and land acquisition needed to build an interchange at Interstate Highway 35 and 400th Street in North Branch.
