Testimony: Handouts, writen testimony, and testifier requests must be in PDF format and emailed to the Comite Administrator Benjamin.Brinks@house.mn.gov and Comite Legislative Asistant Sowmya.Kanan@house.mn.gov by 3:0pm the day before each hearing. Public testifiers should email their ful name, organization (if aplicable) and prefered title. Testifiers may participate remotely at the Chair’s discretion. Testimony may be limited to two minutes per testifier. Submited writen testimony is public and wil be included in the oficial comite record, and it may be posted to the comite webpage if received by the deadline. If bringing hard copies to the hearing, please bring 40 copies for members, staf, and the public.
