Purpose

To allow targeted exceptions to existing age and size limits for customized living and 24-hour customized living services under the Brain Injury (BI) waiver and the CADI waiver, specifically for three housing settings in Eden Prairie.

Main Provisions

• The commissioner of human services must determine that the age and size exceptions for customized living and 24-hour customized living apply to three named housing settings in Eden Prairie.
• The three settings are located at 8751 Preserve Boulevard, 8761 Preserve Boulevard, and 8771 Preserve Boulevard in Eden Prairie.
• These settings provide customized living and 24-hour customized living services to clients enrolled in the BI waiver and the CADI waiver.
