This legislative bill proposes the allocation of funds for the development and study of all-terrain vehicle (ATV) trails in certain areas of Minnesota. Here are the key details:

1. A total of $752,000 is set to be given from the ATV account in the natural resources fund for specific ATV trail projects in St. Louis County:

   • $75,000 for the Alborn Dirt Devils Club for engineering, permitting, and acquiring rights-of-way for a trail connecting County Road 166 to Ostman Road.
   • $480,000 for the Ranger Snowmobile-ATV Club to engineer and construct the Seven Beavers ATV trail.
   • $100,000 for the Twig Area Trail Riders ATV Club for permitting, designing, engineering, and acquiring rights-of-way for the Lumberjack to Brookston ATV trail.
   • $97,000 for the Quad Cities ATV Club to engineer, survey, test, and design a club trailhead project.

2. Additionally, $200,000 is allocated to the city of Duluth and Head of the Lakes ATV Riders for a study to explore creating an ATV route that would connect to and through the western part of Duluth.
