This bill proposes to allocate $10,000,000 from the state's bond proceeds fund to support the rural airport program in Minnesota. This funding is to be used for grants to local governments that own airports ineligible for federal funding and are not included in the Federal Aviation Administration's National Plan of Integrated Airport Systems.
