This bill appropriates $8,400,000 from the general fund in fiscal year 2026 to the Minnesota Commissioner of Public Safety. The funds are intended for grants to school districts, nonpublic schools, charter schools, and school bus service providers for purchasing and installing school bus stop-signal arm camera systems.
