This bill proposes a new law in Minnesota that would require cities and towns to provide a copy of the Attorney General's landlord-tenant guide when issuing or renewing a rental license. If the license is issued or renewed in person, a physical copy must be provided; if done electronically, a link to the guide on the Attorney General's website must be given.
